An unidentified woman has filed a police report against 25 year old Lohan, alleging she was pushed, shoved, and has visible bruises on her back. As for why they were fighting in the first place? Well, the woman claims she was talking to a guy who's Lindsay's friend, and Lindsay got defensive about it. Lindsay's publicist quickly released a statement denying the entire thing, saying, "Lindsay was absolutely not involved in any sort of altercation whatsoever. This is clearly another case of someone looking for money and 15 minutes of fame." TMZ dug a little deeper into the situation, and spoke to a bunch of different sources at the hotel where this whole thing took ! place, and they said they didn't see Lindsay or hear a peep about her being out and about.
